Product Empties #4 - Bodycare & Haircare (August 2014)
Hello dolls!
I've finally gathered some enthusiasm to write another post! Like I mentioned in my last post, I have really not been in the mood to blog of late, and it has been a real struggle for me to even put a post up, so I thought I would not force myself to write one for the sake of writing one, and just wait until I felt like blogging =) Also, I am moving back home, so I've been extremely busy packing things away, throwing things etc. Anyhow, it's time for another round of empties! I've collected quite a few products to write about, so to prevent this post from being an ultra long one, I've decided to break this up into two posts! Grab yourself a biscuit, a cup of drink and let's jump right into the first part!

Product Empties #3 - March 2014
Hiya darlings!
Time has passed since my last product empties post and since then, I have managed to use up more products and collect more empty packaging. For some reason, looking at the products I have used up gives me a sense of satisfaction, like "Yeah, I actually got through to the end without changing a product!". It may sound like an easy feat for some to stick to using the same product; but as a huge beauty lover with an inclination towards constantly buying new products, trying them out and moving on to a new product halfway, finishing a product is a rare achievement.

Review: The Body Shop Shower Gels | Vineyard Peach & HoneyMania
Hello beauties!
Almost every time I walk into a Body Shop store, I head towards the shower gel aisles. I love looking at the different types of shower gels on display, all neatly arranged in a wide range of scents and colours- it's like looking at a shower gel rainbow, hee! I've never actually purchased a shower gel from the Body Shop though; instead, the only times I used the shower gels was when I received them as a gift. However, one fine day, a very persuasive and convincing sales assistant convinced me that having the 'Love Your Body' membership card was an amazing thing to have, and I only needed to spend £5 to get the card free. I don't know what got over me, but I believed her, and purchased these two babies on a whim.

Product Empties #1 - September 2012
Hey ya darlings!
So I've been reading many blogs and watching many videos about products which people have used up, and I really enjoy reading and watching stuff regarding this so I decided to write about my finished products too! I tend to keep the containers of my finished products (I don't know why- must be the hoarder in me) but I guess this is helpful because I may have forgotten or may not have time to do reviews on certain products, so in this little space I can actually write a little bit about the product and whether I will repurchase. The title of the posts also refer to the month that I type the post, and not the actual month that I used up the products, 'cause like I said, I like to keep the empty containers of the products. Haha! So let's jump right in, shall we? =D

June 2012 Favourites
Hello everyone!
So I'm back with my monthly favourites! I did not wear much makeup during June, seeing how I'm on holiday and I did not go out much. Plus, I've also been experiencing quite a lot of breakouts on my face, for some reason(must be the late nights up watching tv series!) so I did not go for much coverage on my face.

My First EOTD: Peacock-inpsired Eyes
Blogger has been getting me real uptight cause I can't seem to post comments on my or other blogs. Keeps telling me there's some sort of error. Argh!
Anyway, on to the actual post, this is my first attempt at an EOTD! I actually wore this look one weekend when I went for lunch with a couple of my ex-colleagues, and was actually inspired by the colours of the blouse and earrings I wore.
I got these earrings from Accessorize, but I actually saw a VERY similar dupe of these earrings in a shop in Asian Avenue, Sunway Pyramid at a FRACTION of the price I bought these for! These are one of my FAVOURITE earrings, love peacock earrings. Hee!
So you can kinda see the colour scheme I was aiming for that day. Hee!
Sorry if the colours don't look very vibrant. My camera skills are practically next to zero, so am still learning how to take Macro shots of my eyes. =)
What I wanted to show you guys in the picture above is the line of silver eye glitter I put just to add a bit of sparkle and fun to the look.
I don't know if you can see it but I did three cat flicks at the outer corners of my eyes in three different angles to make it look like bird claws (?- is that right? haha!).
So here's the breakdown of products that I used for this look:
- Elianto Baked Eyeshadow in Charcoal Black
- U-Nuco Iris 4 Season Eye Colour in Purple Shades (I used the top-right shade)
- Max Factor Earth Spirits Eyeshadow in Ultra Aqua
- Rimmel Volume Flash The Max Bold Curves Mascara
- Maybelline Hypersharp Liner
- Cyber Colours Eye Definer Pencil in Deep Black
- The Body Shop Glitter Eye Liner in Starlight
Another product I used which is not in the picture 'cause I had to de-pot it and it looks messy is Elianto's Shimmer Shadow in White.
So I hope you guys enjoyed this look! Have a great weekend! =D
xx Amanda
