I haven't done a product empties post in eons so I thought I ought to really start again with this series. There have been many products I have used up since my previous Product Empties post but I have saved a few empties for this post. I love that feeling of satisfaction I get whenever I finish up a product. More reason to buy new products! Anyway, let's jump right into this post =)

For the Love of Rose!

Hello dears! I never used to be a fan of rose-scented products. In fact, I'd cringe whenever I smelled because I always associated it with something which smelled 'old' or 'granny'. Serves me right for thinking that - I'm now addicted to rose scented and rose coloured products! Here's me sharing a few rose scented/coloured products I'm loving!

Korean Makeup & Skincare Mini Haul & Experience!

Recently my obsession with Korean makeup and skincare products has grown tenfold. I have been trying very hard not to purchase skincare products (at the very least) for now because I had already set a goal for myself to use up everything I own, whether it be full size or the samples I own. However, my restraint can only go so far and I caved in and purchased a few items.

It's been quite a while since my last post (I feel) but in all honesty I have been struggling to write posts and deal with the amount of work I have to prepare for classes. The workload is amazingly huge and literally consumes all my time. At the end of the day, I'm left feeling knackered and all I want to do is do nothing, you can understand. =)

Anyhow, I previously shared how I washed my makeup brushes, and I thought it was high time I shared my current favourite makeup brushes with you dolls! I am a fan of using my fingers to apply makeup as it is quick, easy and costs nothing! However, there is only so much my fingers can do when it comes to precise application and/or contouring- and that is where makeup brushes enter the picture!

Hi lovelies!

 

I am back in the UK- just arrived two days ago, so I have been getting over the jet lag and slowly unpacking stuff before I begin my course. Am actually really nervous but excited to start- hope all goes well! Before I left for the UK, I went a bit over the top and bought loads of facial masks to bring over to the UK because these brands are difficult to find here (not to mention pricey) and because I have suddenly decided to give facial sheet masks another go. If you have read this post and some of my other face mask posts, you will know that I much prefer using wash-off masks compared to sheet masks. However, ever since going back home a while back I have been converted and appreciate sheet masks more now than I previously did. So, I just thought I'd show you what I got on my trip back home!

 

 

What's in my Makeup Bag - Weekend Edition

Hey dearies!

 

Final exams are finally over, which means that I can breathe a huge sigh of relief and enjoy the summer holiday! It also means that I have completed my degree and am no longer an undergrad student- time sure passes quick! To celebrate, I popped down to Cardiff for the weekend to chill out and spend some time with the boyfriend. Am actually writing this in Cardiff- hee!

 

I always like looking at 'What's in my Makeup Bag' posts on blogs and have been wanting to write one of my own as well but was waiting to be done with my exams before doing so. Now that that's done, I thought I'd show what I usually tend to bring in my makeup bag for weekend getaways. When I travel, I try to bring as little makeup as possible and ones that are versatile so that I don't have to lug too much around. For your convenience, I also thought I'd include links on where you can purchase them (if available online) and my reviews on them if I reviewed a specific product. =)

Product Empties #2 - February 2013

Hello dolls!

Was looking at the empty comtainers I've kept stashed away and decided it's time for another round of 'Product Empties'! Like I mentioned in my first 'Product Empties' post, the month stated in the title is not the month that I finished up all the products mentioned in my post (it would be cool if I could finish products up fast- more reason to try many more!); instead it is the month that I type the post. Most products mentioned in these type of posts are empty product containers which I have kept for a few months for the main purpose of writing these posts. =D So let's jump right in to it!

 

 

June 2012 Favourites

Hello everyone!

So I'm back with my monthly favourites! I did not wear much makeup during June, seeing how I'm on holiday and I did not go out much. Plus, I've also been experiencing quite a lot of breakouts on my face, for some reason(must be the late nights up watching tv series!) so I did not go for much coverage on my face.

May 2012 Favourites

So I've never done a post on my monthly favourites before, and decided that I wanted to start doing so. At first I was hesitant to do so, because I tend to find products I like and stick to them like glue, but recently I've been trying out many new products, and I also really like reading blogs and watching Youtube videos of people's monthly favourites  so I guess I can finally start doing a monthly post on different products I'm loving at that point of time!

May was the month of exams for me, so I guess my favourites for May are kinda basic, because I did not really have much time to go out, and when I did, I'd quickly just put something on that's easy and no-fuss. =D

Haul: Etude House Not-so-Mini Haul!

Hello again!

So this is my last post for today and I just wanted to share with you my haul from Etude House just last week!

So last week, the newly-renovated Etude House in Sunway Pyramid opened on the 1st May 2012, and I got excited so I went with a friend to go check it out. Plus, Etude House nationwide is now having a sale, if I'm not mistaken.

Just a warning, this post is very PICTURE-heavy! But for those of you who like pictures, yay for you! Haha! =D

So I know I have been missing from the blogosphere for a while- have not actually written a proper post in a long time! That's 'cause I am in the midst of my exams, hehe! But I've been oh-so yearning to blog, so as a lil' birthday gift to myself, I'm gonna gift myself by blogging two posts! Haha!! So this is the first post, and it's a Face of The Day (FOTD) that I did for a friend who was attending her university's prom. I am not a professional but I since I really do like makeup, I just thought it'd be cool to help do her makeup! Hehe!
