It's always frustrated me that some beauty brands are not available in Malaysia. Especially famous brands like Sleek, Bourjois, Sigma, and maybe even Rimmel (it seems to be dying out back home). And the title of my post is probably not the best-worded but I could not think of how else to describe it. Anyway, I hated the thought of my fellow Malaysians (and anyone else who does not have these brands in their country, too!) missing out on being able to purchase some of these brands so I thought I'd just write a short post about where these brands can be purchased online.

NOTD: Aztec Nails
Hello loves!
Aztec prints are one of my favourite prints to don, be it my clothes, accessories or nails. I truly apologise for not posting more despite exams having ended, am just taking a break from everything and have not really been in the mood to blog, unfortunately. Instead, I've been spending time catching up on movies that I've been wanting to watch, going for walks, taking pictures, travelling, and sleeping more. I sat in my room the other day, and out of sheer boredom, decided to create Aztec nails. This is my first attempt doing it properly and am rather pleased with how it turned out! =D

Beautee DIY: How to Create 'Jelly Sandwich' Nails Without Jelly Polish + NOTD
Hello dearies!
I've always wanted to try making 'jelly sandwich' nails but never really got round to doing it until some time last week. My first attempt failed because I did not realise what I was doing and coated my glitter with a creme polish. My second attempt came out pretty okay (I think they look somewhat like a 'jelly sandwich') and this is what I came up with.

My First NOTD Post!
Hiya all,
I'm still super new to the blogging scene so bear with me. Just wanted to post up a Nail-Of-The-Day (NOTD) look that I did for fun a few days back.
Wanted it to be attention-grabbing yet not too in-your-face (you get what I mean?) so I came up with this:-
Painted it real messy but I normally don't immediately remove the excess polish on the side of my fingers. I let them dry and fall off by themselves (lazy method. haha!).
That's a picture of my left hand...
And that's a picture of my right hand.
These are the products I used:
From left to right:
-Elianto Nail Polish in Orange Red
-Elianto Nail Polish in Lime Green
-Elianto Nail Polish in Yellow
-Barry M Instant Nail Effects in Black
The steps to create this look are very simple:
I applied two thin layers of nail polish, and added a different colour on my fourth finger as an accent (you can choose any fingernail you want to paint as an accent), and once dried, painted the top half of it with the black nail polish (Barry M).
Barry M Instant Nail Effects is actually a product similar to the famous OPI Shatter, except that it costs much cheaper. I will give a review on this product later on when I have time! =D It's not available here in Malaysia, though. I bought mine on a trip to the UK.
Elianto however is very affordable at only RM5 a bottle and available all over Malaysia, if I'm not mistaken.
So yep, hope you liked this NOTD!
Have you tried OPI's Shatter? What do you think of it?
xx Amanda
